The user journey for a new member starts with a health assessment meant to gather input data so the system can then generate personalized activities.
Each activity has fulfillment requirements in exchange for points and Humana Bucks. A member can earn more by reaching a higher tiered status. Bucks can then be used to purchase products (eg. Fitbit) offered by Humana.
Humana provides an ecommerce channel for members to exchange their Bucks for products.
A member has a dashboard to track recent activity, progress, earnings, tips, exclusive offers, etc.
